By now you have learned that Enchanted makes the kind of corsets and garments you dream of, looked at all the pretty pictures, made your way through the price guide without having to call a paramedic, and are seriously interested in commissioning an Enchanted creation. 

 Now all you have to do is give me some basic information so that I can contact you in a professional and informed manner.  Simply read and fill out the below questions, and I will get back with you within a day or two.

 And then...  Start getting excited, because your fashion fantasies are about to become reality!

•  The information that you give to me will NEVER, EVER be shared with anyone else, unless my cat has learned to read and type.
• I am asking for a phone number because I think that appointments and most questions can be addressed much more efficiently by phone, and because sitting at a computer makes me want to cry.
• My goal from the requested information is to give me some background so that I don't waste your time or mine asking a bunch of questions while you are on your lunch break or, heaven forbid, by email.
• Please give some thought to your description of what kind of garment you are interested in.  Possible things to include are:

1. Whether this is for a special occasion or daily wear
2. Any goals you might have for your corset/garment (i.e. waist reduction, support, or general cool factor)
3. A specific look you are going for, color scheme, whether you want garters or any other bells and whistles.
